We first built the Enforcement Tracker for our own legal team, to stay on top of key trends as privacy enforcement and litigation ramped up. Now it’s available to you. Search regulatory enforcement actions, settlements and litigation by company, law and topic, and filter by jurisdiction, industry and status to spot trends and dig in where you need to.
The tracker focuses on the cases most likely to affect an organization’s core obligations under state privacy laws, along with trending litigation. It does not cover all actions and cases. We update it regularly as new matters arise.
