Getting Started
Step 1
If you are not yet a SafeGuard Privacy client, complete your CCPA/CPRA Assessment in the SafeGuard Privacy Platform. With our easy-to-navigate workflow, we allow you to document your efforts and keep all your hard work organized, secure, accessible, and ready for verification with BBB National Programs. If you’ve already completed the assessment, then you’re already half the way there.
Step 2
Once a business has completed SafeGuard Privacy’s self-assessment for CPRA compliance, it is then eligible to have that compliance verified by BBB National Programs. After completing a thorough review process, verified businesses will receive the BBB National Programs CPRA verification seal to demonstrate compliance with key CPRA provisions.
